The Sea Cow Bakery is a small locally owned shop specializing in American baked goods. It’s not a surprise to anyone that Americans love sweets, but American baked goods are all about simplicity, indulgence and nostalgia.

As a southern raised American. I’ve found myself always craving treats from my childhood that I would help my grandmother and mother create. The more I baked for myself here in Japan I realized that I should share that taste for others to experience and enjoy.

From cookies and cakes to pies and brownies, we try our best to give you an authentic homemade taste of American food culture.
